Meeting with Sponsor Managers and/or Key Stakeholders
Guided by an ICF Certified Coach, the Key Sponsors reflect  on their expectations and KIPS, create a shared mindset for the training and define the success indicators to ensure alignment and results.

30-minute Kick Off Engagement Generator

A preparatory Coaching session for the participants. This is to create a higher level of personal accountability before starting the training. We establish personal KPIs and Success Indicators & a Solution Focused Success Model for each individual’s learning

We work together!

Delivery of the courses and workshops chosen by the Client. Training in English or Italian – depending on the Client’s request. Materials: In addition to the Slides, there will be interactive materials and downloadable PDFs to optimise and reinforce the training results

30 min Sustainable Behavioural Change Coaching

(Follow Up & Closure)
The Participants are invited to join this coaching session once their training is completed. This ensures lasting results, facilitates feedback loop and opens space for next steps.

1h with Stakeholders

Final meeting with the Sponsors, Managers and / or Key Stakeholders. Guided by the coach, the key partners  summarise the training, share feedback and reflect on the results. This step is aimed at reinforcing accountability and creating long-lasting VIP Level Training Engagement.
