Round 1: Feeling Lazy

  1. What does ‘feeling lazy’ mean to you? How do you experience it in your body and mind?
  2. Can you recall a recent day when you felt particularly lazy? Tell us about it!
  3. How do you differentiate between needing rest and feeling lazy? Are there specific signs that indicate one over the other for you?

Round 2: Doing Nothing

  1. When was the last time you spent a day doing nothing?
  2. Do you ever plan days where you intentionally do nothing?
  3. How does your cultural background or upbringing influence your perspective on doing nothing?
  4. If you had a whole day with no obligations or expectations, what would you choose to do, and why?

Round 3: The Biggest Challenge

  1. Think of a recent instance where you procrastinated. What was the task, and why do you think you delayed it?
  2. How do you feel when you’re procrastinating? Is there a sense of relief, guilt, anxiety, or something else?
  3. What are your common procrastination habits? (e.g., scrolling through social media, watching TV, etc.)
  4. In what areas of your life do you tend to procrastinate the most? Are there patterns or common themes?
