Scenario: You are calling a theatre’s box office to book tickets for a popular musical.

Roles:

  • Box Office Representative: Assists with the booking process.

Sample Conversation:

  • Caller: “Good morning, I’d like to enquire about tickets for [Musical Name] on [Date].”
  • Box Office Representative: “Certainly, for which performance would you like to book tickets? We have matinee and evening shows.”
