Tell your partner about it, trying to describe how you felt and what  emotional states you experienced at that time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When it&#8217;s your turn to listen, make sure you do not interrupt, but offer complete active listening presence. Another important thing when listening is to refrain from any judgement (it&#8217;s harder than it seems!).
